Hi, I'm Jamie - a certified fitness trainer specializing in strength conditioning, cardiovascular health, and bespoke exercise programming for professionals who want maximum results with zero club hassle.

Throughout my 20-year career as a Senior Product Designer, high-level physical conditioning was my non-negotiable strategy for maintaining mental clarity, staying sharp, and managing intense corporate stress.
